1. Our Commitment
FastReels respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and copyright holders. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
FastReels does not host, store, or distribute any video content. Our Service retrieves publicly available content from third-party platforms (Instagram, Pinterest) at the direct request of users. We act as a technical intermediary and do not exercise editorial control over the content accessible through our Service.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or authorised agent and believe that content accessible through FastReels infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to us. Your notice must include all of the following:
- 1.Your full legal name and contact information (email address, mailing address, and telephone number).
- 2.A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- 3.The specific URL or other identifying information for the content you claim is infringing.
- 4.A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

We will acknowledge receipt of your notice within 2 business days and take appropriate action within 10 business days of receiving a complete and valid notice.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to contact@fastreels.net. Your counter-notification must include your name, address, phone number, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error, and your consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will process it in accordance with DMCA requirements.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
FastReels maintains a policy of terminating access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to restrict or block access to any user who repeatedly submits URLs to infringing content through our Service.
6. False Claims
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. We recommend consulting a legal professional before submitting a DMCA notice if you are uncertain whether the content in question constitutes infringement.
